We recommending reserving your coach as far in advance as possible to allow us enough time to reserve the best option. 3-6 months is typically enough time to organize your perfect rental. However, we are able to provide coaches in as little as 2 hours’ notice in cities we directly service.

Yes. We can send pictures of your coach upon request.
You can reserve as many coaches as you need. We’ll work to put together a fleet that’s perfect for you.
Yes. Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are all allowed on the coach. You will be charged a cleaning fee if spills and trash are not cleaned up, however.

It is recommended that you tip your driver 10-20% of the total cost of the rental, in cash, if possible.
No. Our operations team will find parking and staging areas for the coach.
Break schedules will be negotiated between you and your driver(s) prior to the trip; however, drivers can only legally work for 4.5 hours at a time before they must take a mandatory 45-minute break.
You’ll be able to choose from amenities such as on-board toilets, televisions with DVD players, plenty of storage space, reclining seats, and more, depending on what type of coach you choose. Providing food and drink is not required. You will only need to provide lodging for the driver(s) if your reservation spans multiple days.
Yes. A deposit of up to 30% of the total trip cost will be due after you schedule your bus hire.
Your balance will need to be paid in full 30 days before your trip date.
